Get in touch to discuss custom orders, including customisations within the MH collections & archive (different fabrics, lengths, different sizing) as well as completely customised garments. MH has experience across bridal, men's fancy shirts, workwear, as well as patchwork curtains/artworks, and everything else in between. I can bring your dream to life!

How much does a custom order cost?
Customisations to MH garments are either complimentary or a small fee depending on the alteration. Get in touch to discuss.
Custom wedding dresses start at $3500, requiring a non refundable $500 deposit at the first fitting. I am unable to provide quotes for custom wedding dresses.
Custom patchwork curtains start at $380 and are size/detail dependant.
Other custom work is based on a $60/ hourly rate.

What is the custom order process? How long does it take?
Depending on what custom project you're looking to explore:
Wedding / Special occasion wear
- require a 3 month minimum lead time unless arranged otherwise (rush rates apply)
- After email communication we will organise an initial fitting to take measurements and discuss the design/s to be sampled. This is where a deposit is required.
- There are 2-3 more fittings depending on your budget and design complexity before your garment is complete.
Custom MH garment
- get in touch via hello@mimiholvast.com or the box above to discuss your customisation, from there I will direct you to a link to purchase the product on the webstore and any extra fees will be applied.
Custom curtain / other sewing work

Where are you located?
The Mimi Holvast studio is a studio at my property in Bexhill, NSW. It is a 30 Minute drive from Byron Bay, 10 minutes from Lismore. A 30 Minute drive from Ballina airport and 1 hour from the Gold Coast airport.
While we can do zoom/distance fittings it is more accurate, timely and cost effective to carry out all fittings in person.
