Postage, Exchanges & Returns

Postage

To reflect the small scale nature and sustainable ethos that Mimi Holvast values, items are batched to order in small runs, or made to order. Orders will be dispatched within 3-10 business days. 

All Australian orders above $150.00 are sent with free tracked postage with the option of signature on delivery, via standard Australia Post.

Orders under $150.00 incur a $10 shipping fee.

Express post will incur a $15 fee. You have the option to request signature on delivery or not for an extra fee.

Orders to New Zealand have a $20 flat rate, International shipping have a $30 flat rate. International orders will be sent tracked via Standard Australia Post. 

Your order will be sent wrapped in recycled paper sealed with recycled tape in a  compostable bag.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in shipping/delivery or any damage to the package due to unforeseen events once shipped. 

Returns, Exchanges

We hope that you will love and live in your Mimi Holvast garment for years to come.

Due to the small scale nature of Mimi Holvast,  we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you are not satisfied with your Mimi Holvast garment, you may send it back to us for an exchange or store credit.

Please contact hello@mimiholvast.com to authorise an exchange or credit note within 7 days of receiving your order. 

All SALE, discounted items, custom orders and pre orders are final sale, and can not be returned, cancelled or exchanged.

All garments must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. All exchanges  must be sent back within 7 days of email correspondence & confirmation. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 days of the garment returning to the Mimi Holvast studio.

Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach the Mimi Holvast studio. Please ensure you package your return securely & send with tracking & signature on delivery to prevent any damages or losses. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. 

In the case of an exchange, please provide a pre-paid post bag in your return for your new garment to be sent out in. Failure to provide this will incur an extra fee.

We have the right to deny returns and exchanges if the garment returned does not meet our policy requirements.

Our Returns Policy corresponds with consumer’s rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulties

All Mimi Holvast garments have been made with care and attention to detail, and are assessed prior to dispatch. 

In the case of a faulty item, please contact hello@mimiholvast.com to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, to receive a repair, replacement item, exchange or refund, after garment assessment.

Garments will only be deemed faulty if they are damaged upon receipt or have a manufacturing fault. 

We will not repair/exchange/refund items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear, or have been washed and cared for incorrectly.
